I'm back with a new computer and better videos. I know that there's already a trans of this song on Youtube but no offense to Melilotona I thought I could translate some parts better. The Little Mermaid (Arielle die Meerjungfrau) received 3 dubs in German. One from 1989 (this), one from 1998 and one from Austria. This is my favorite, I feel like Ute Lemper has the best voice and the lyrics are charming. I don't claim perfection being a non-native speaker. Some parts were tricky to translate in a way that made sense in English.
