This video gives a brief description of General George Patton's World War II Desert Training Center, featuring Camp Iron Mountain, Camp Granite, Camp Freda, Camp Rice and Camp Rice Army Airfield in Southern California's Mojave Desert. While I was out there, a United States Navy V-22 Osprey appeared and did several landings and liftoffs on the tarmac at Rice Army Airfield.
