This is part 2 in a mini series where I test out the best golds to use with paint and water. You do not have to use paint and water at all. There are lots of different pouring mediums out there. For me I love how pure the colors look and how the paints react with paint and water. But not all paint brands are created equal. Some do not hold up well to paint and water simply due to the fact that they don't have great binders and the water can break them down. I wanted to test out a bunch of different brands and see which ones do well and which ones do not. This will be likely a 4 part series and I hope you find it helpful! I sure learned a lot! I am so happy that i found acrylic pouring/fluid art a few years ago. It has helped me in so many ways and it just keeps getting better. This visual arts creative outlet has made me so happy. I am loving this abstract art! I hope to keep doing this for years to come! I have always been fascinated by modern and contemporary art. I love acrylic pouring because i get to experiment and really join the creative side of my brain with the scientific part!
