Here is my recipe for fruit filled spongecake.

PLEASE READ: In the video I state to let the gelatin/heavy whipping cream chill in the fridge for 20-30 min...THIS IS WRONG! It should only be allowed to chill just until it is cooled down enough for whipping into stiff peaks. Should really be for 5-10 min. max. Just keep an eye on it and don't
let it solidify. Sorry and thanks for watching!!
