What is CD3?

CD3 Automation toolkit helps to quickly provision and manage Infrastructure resources in OCI tenancies. It allows an end user to generate enterprise grade Terraform for their OCI Infrastructure resources by using an Excel sheet as input.

This tool allows continued management of the generated/provisioned resources.
