I am not a Chef just a Home Cook. I make simple and easy recipes.
I grew up on garden food and southern home cooking. I will be sharing some recipes that my Momma made and other family recipes and things I made for my family when my kids were growing up. I also look for new things to make online or recipe books and will make it and give it a try.
Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower Recipe:
Ingredients:
5 cups cauliflower florets
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
Directions:
Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 15x10x1-inch pan with cooking spray.
In large bowl, mix cauliflower, olive oil, salt, black pepper and red pepper; toss to combine. Spread in pan.
Roast 20 minutes until cauliflower is tender and golden brown. Remove from oven; toss with Parmesan cheese and lemon peel and bake another 5 minutes.
