At the beginning of the video you can see a car stopping on the street I'm driving to. He pulls over right on the corner, blocking my view of what will be oncoming traffic when I pull out.
People going up the street have to swerve out around him as traffic coming down has to stop and let them through because there isn't enough room.
He knows I'm there as he inches forward a few times thinking that I can go. Little does he know, I can't see through his car to see if there's room to go around him.
The horn makes him move a little bit...
