On August 31, 1997, Princess Diana was killed in a car crash while being pursued by photographers through a tunnel in Paris.

Her personal chef remembers the shock when he heard the news and tells HLN's Susan Hendricks that it came just as he was preparing meal plans for the Princess and her sons. She was dues to arrive home the next day and spend a week together before the boys returned to school.
