I bring in viewer Richard Tseng to talk about martial arts. He initially wanted to do Kungfu, but his parents didn’t want him to try it. Eventually, he ended up in BJJ. We eventually get very deep into Chinese martial arts and culture and history. Richard also does Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and he has a podcast exploring, in-depth, the famous Journey To The West (Xi You Ji) classic from Chinese literature. What martial arts do you do?
