Parc Asterix Opening Day 2026 | Cétautomatix, Toutatis & Filotomatix Gold!
🎢 A Wonderful Day at Parc Astérix
We had such a brilliant day at @ParcAsterixTV - it was opening day of the season and the fact everything was fully functioning with very little to no downtime all day reminded us why we think this park is so good!!
We finally got to ride Cetautomatix, which is such a great addition. Loads of themeing and a really fun family coaster. And of course we had to go back on our favourites… Toutatis was flying, and Tonnerre 2 Zeus is still totally wild! The expansion in the Egypt area has made the chair swings, La Descente du Nil and the surrounding walkways completely unrecognisable - they’ve done a fantastic job.
For food, we grabbed meals from La Sandwicherie, which was ideal for a quick stop. We also FINALLY watched the show in the Colosseum, which is called “Gaulois vs Romains : Le Match.” It’s the one where the Gauls and Romans have dance‑offs and silly challenges. Very strange, definitely not what we expected, but it made us laugh - and we LOVED the guest star at the end!
Huge thank you to Parc Asterix for providing our admission and fast passes, and for looking after us during this visit. We had such a great time yet again and can’t wait to come back!
