ESRGAN is an AI Neural Network software that is capable of upscaling and reconstructing low-resolution images, while retaining most of their elements and details intact.
I took the original video file from the PSP disk of The 3rd Birthday, and used ESRGAN with alsa64's denoising model [JPG (20-40)] and the Manga109 training model to upscale the video 4 times its original resolution.
