Every stage of PTR2 on every difficulty in order, from 0 to 16. Widescreen hack and auto Parappa input are on and the game is running at 5x native resolution in PCSX2.

Parappa 2 has 17 line difficulty settings. The base difficulty is 0, before the following 16 difficulties going from very easy to the hardest. During normal gameplay, the game will dynamically change the difficulty, making it easier when you drop down to 'bad' or 'awful'. I used memory editing to set the game to each difficulty, but it can be done within the game by following these instructions:

First, comple all stages with the yellow hat. Then as you hit X on 'single play' to start a level, click in R3 (right stick) and point the stick in a specific direction. There are different difficulty levels from 0-16 that you can select by holding the stick in certain directions. This image shows which direction will choose each difficulty number:
