After trying to assist an unconscious patient who has turned violent and aggressive, the paramedics are forced to retreat into the ambulance for their own safety, which is then in turn damaged by his outburst.

With ambulance staff in Scotland facing rising levels of violence, the two paramedics involved reflect on the impact this incident has had on them.
