The parable of the Fishless Fisherman in relation to church growth, missions, and evangelism.
The irony is that for all of the talking people do about church growth, missions, and evangelism, few people, churches, or ministries actually do it.
Jesus said, "Follow me and I will make you fishers of men." ARE WE FOLLOWING JESUS?
Everyone who hears these words of mine and does not do them is like a foolish man who built his house on sand. (Matthew 7:26)
(I did not write this "parable." Author unknown and is retold a bit different by each storyteller. Message is the same.)
