If you love Pappadeaux’s Mardi Gras Pasta, you’re going to love this copycat version. Today I’m recreating that bold, creamy Cajun seafood linguine loaded with grilled shrimp, lump crab, and smoky andouille sausage — but I’m doing it my way.
We build flavor from the ground up. The shrimp get marinated in Creole Kick seasoning, the sausage is browned to release those smoky oils, and the sauce simmers into a rich tomato-cream base. The secret? Using starchy pasta water to bring everything together for that silky, restaurant-quality finish.
