Getting Miss Mowz is simple but time consuming. Basicly, goto the trouble center, select the ??? quest, go on top of the roof to talk to Miss Mowz (you must do that!) than go to where hooktail was, goto the middle of the room, use flurrie one you run into a red !, than BLOW! take the badge back to Miss Mowz and she will join you! You also get to keep the Attack sound badge you find.
