Toad Town was always a very cozy place. It's fun to talk to all the different residents and get glimpses into their lives throughout your journey.
I haven't made a straight-up Paper Mario cover in a long time, so I thought it would be cool to return to form, so to speak. I reworked the percussion a little bit to be a better fit for NES sound, as the agogo-style percussion of the original wouldn't have translated as well. I still tried to make it fit the spirit of the original.
It also has a lot of arps, as you may have noticed. I'm generally not a fan of very arp-heavy arrangements, but I wanted the original chords to be represented. If I do another Paper Mario cover in the future, I'll try to pick a song that doesn't rely on chords as much.

Hey whats up I did a Deltarune song! Im sure you guys are all tired of Field Of Hopes And Dreams covers by now but I thought maybe it would sound good in Chrono Trigger style. Deltarune kinda reminds me of Chrono Trigger a little bit anyhow with its three-member party system and all.
Also the background sprites for this game? Surprisingly difficult to find online!

Its autumn (or fall) in the northern hemisphere, and though I typically dont care for the dreary cold seasons, fall is starting to grow on me as I get older.
I made this song with the idea of walking down the sidewalk on a breezy day while all the orange leaves are blowing off the trees. The bouncy rhythm and melancholy chord progression really capture the spirit of the season for me for whatever reason.

This is actually a revisiting of a really old cover I made in 2011 (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FwamNCycxVw). Its one of my more popular covers, but I felt there was room for improvement, so I decided to finally make a version 2. Im also experimenting more with SNES-accurate delay and reverb effects, which I think helps a song like this come to life.
