A mysterious employer wishes to find an elusive badge at Hooktail Castle's Top Floor (Hooktail's room), with only the one hint to find it using the wind.
(I recommend getting the First Attack badge from the badge shop to eliminate weak enemy encounters.)
So at that location, find the strange solid air in the middle of the room and use Flurrie to uncover a secret chest with the badge (it's a key item until you deliver it).
Return the badge to the employer so she...

Ms. Mows
- *JOINS YOU.*
- Yes. Ms. Mows is a hidden partner you can recruit by finishing her trouble. She's listed as the seventh partner, but you can get her before you get the sixth partner.
- Ms. Mows is able to pierce defenses with just her basic attack and can steal items/badges from enemies, helping you in getting items easily whenever you see a foe with them.
- Be careful, because she's got low HP.
- She can detect any loose items/loaded spin panels/chests on the field if you use her field move. (Note that, at central Rogueport, there is a glaringly huge chest, so don't be confused if she keeps telling you a chest is nearby).
