Tips, On fake bowser I recommend useing hard hiting moves that will do more damage to his defense more. That 1 Defense point means you cant jump or use Goombario on this thing. With The Koopa bros use bombette and body slam the side of there tower, then use marios hammer to make the fall on there shells. This is your time to attack. Use bombettes BOMB attack to easily kill one of the 4 Koopa Bros. If you have and more FP left over use a Power Jump to harm another one. Or if you still have your thunder bolt like I did than use that instead. However many Koopa bros there are, thats how many points of damage there Super Spinning Attack will do. For example, 3 Koopas= 3 HP of damage.
