From a label, or whatever it is, called "HBC Production Inc." from Ocho Rios in 1983, celebrating Jamaica's 21 st year as an independent nation.

It turned out a copy of this 7" is already up and running on Youtube at Firstrateselector's channel, sorry for being sloppy and not checking before uploading! Well, once again, now you've got two uploads to listen to I guess, hehe! This one comes with the dub though.
