Paolo Antonacci opened his own gallery in Rome in 1998, coming from a long line of Roman antique dealers. The galerie is specialized in fine paintings, watercolours and drawings from late 18th century to the early 20th century with a particular focus on Vedute. This presentation of the collection gives a good impression of the quality and diversity of the artworks on display. Exhibits include a Trompe-l'oeil of paintings from the Capitolini museums, Filippo Mola's 'Indian Procession', 1892, and 'Musicians in piazza Barberini, Rome', 1862, by Armand Hubert Simon Leleux.
BRAFA in the Galleries (27 - 31 January 2021) is a creative alternative to the BRAFA Art Fair at Tour & Taxis, Brussels, which has been postponed to January 2022. 126 art dealers spread across 13 countries and 37 cities, present online and in their galleries, objects and artworks selected for BRAFA 2021 in the best possible conditions. Prior to your/any visit, please check the sanitary regulations currently in force in your country.
