Talking Tech’s evangelist Alejandro Hoyos has spent some time reading from a teleprompter, so he was stoked to learn about our collaboration with Elgato on an AI-assisted version that advances automatically. Accelerated by OpenVINO, this demo from Intel Tech Tour 2025 shows how an efficient Whisper speech recognition model running on the NPU keeps the teleprompter in sync with your delivery. It’s part of a larger Panther Lake streaming setup running video capture and multiple displays over a single Thunderbolt cable.
