Hello everyone, today I’m doing a 5K run for charity, the charity is PANS PANDAS UK, they raise awareness of an autoimmune disease called PANS – paediatric acute onset neuropsychiatric syndrome, that results in brain inflammation, causing people to suffer some very unpleasant symptoms including OCD. It’s a condition that affects around 1 in 200 people.
