I develop a number of resource packs on the side, such as Aspects, Music+, and Beta Hider. In this series, I go through the changes I've made recently as I work toward the next release.
In this video, I discuss what I've completed in Console Aspects now that my other projects have been wrapped up. For now, I've focused on features unique to Console Aspects like a main menu panorama, texture differences, and the crosshair.
You can download the work-in-progress version of Console Aspects 3.0.0 below, if you simply cannot wait to have it on 1.19. Although the pack works now, I don't recommend using it, as it doesn't have a finished feature set.
I'm not accepting bug reports for this alpha either. I know it's incomplete, and I'm working on it!

I also updated the Bedrock Water pack for Java Edition to work on 1.19. This requires either OptiFine or Colormatic mod.
