Pankow Conversations was a series of three conversation evenings taking place in three different locations in Pankow in October, November and December 2017. The goal was to host interactive community events each dedicated to one theme connected to migration -- that was explored and discussed in an open forum -- in order to bring together our neighbors around Pankow, residents of refugee shelters and Bard College Berlin students.

Pankow Conversations #1 - Memories of Revolution hosted three storytellers who presented personal stories on the subject of revolution. It contrasted stories about Germany’s Peaceful Revolution in 1989 and the Syrian Revolution, which began in 2011.

Held in cooperation with Berlin Storytelling Arena
