The Dayton Informer went on the search for panhandlers in Dayton this evening before sunset in and around Downtown and the Oregon District. In part II of this series, we did find one fairly ardent panhandler, Brian, who was telling the story of being a Sinclair student who is out of money and needs money for bus fare while approaching cars who were coming and going near Third and St. Clair.
