While it's possible to get HIO with a straight tail wind of 9, I haven't been able to get that yet so no HIO for now.
HWI = 0.92x
Shot 1: 6I to the lower left edge of fair way section. Use 60-90% power depending on wind. Make sure to input enough to avoid hitting the ship for the next shot.
Shot 2: Slope adjustment = 2.5-3pb to the left / 1pb to the right depending on location. No change to power.

After doing this run, I think shes on the same level as Jinhsi. While her personal damage is lower, she makes up for being able to buff Moneys ult by a sizeable amount. Interestingly F3 seems to be trickier for her than F4, while with Jinhsi its the opposite. The mosquito and the monkey are also quite problematic this time due to HP inflation. Its about time I try to get her sig.")
