Air traffic management (ATM) needs resilience and operational buffers to maintain safety and capacity during geopolitical disruption.

Modernizing ATM, strengthening civil-military cooperation, and providing effective training are all essential.

In general, ANSPs are well equipped, but additional funding remains necessary.
