New Orleans community leaders gather to discuss "the haves versus the have nots in education" particularly surrounding race and ethnicity. The event, sponsored by Dillard University's Center for Racial Justice, was moderated by Board Member Dr. J.C. Wagner Romero who is also an Orleans Parish School Board member representing District 4. Dr. Ashraf Esmail, director of the Center for Racial Justice, also facilitated.
