In a global environment the nature of rights is a complex and dynamic one. There is an increasing focus on the challenges that exist from AI, cybersecurity, privacy, data governance and more. Understanding these challenges is vital to enable us to develop frameworks and practices to engage with our communities and provide access to collections. These panel members will highlight the big issues which provide critical information for us to situate our activities within.
