We had the opportunity to test the Panasonic S5 II and its hybrid phase autofocus with 779 phase AF sensors, which was introduced for the first time. We used the Panasonic S-Pro 50mm F1.4, the Sigma EF 18-35mm f1.8 (with MC-21 adapter), the Panasonic S 24-105 f4 and the Sigma 24-70 F2.8 with the aperture completely open. Besides many (remarkable!) AF tests, we also tested the sensor stabilization, the general camera handling, skin tones in V-Log mode and much more ...
