There are 5 videos, one is 4K30p, the second one is 4K60p adjusted for a different crop (the lens is 1.5x unzoomed to get the same angle of view). Then, there are three Full HD slow motion modes, 120p, 150p, and 180p. 180p is not adjusted for a different angle of view.
