Have you ever played with Pan Pastels? I have recently started using Pan Pastels and stencils together in my art journal pages- what an amazing combination! In this video I will be sharing a tutorial on how to blend Pan Pastels using a stencil. This is a great way, especially if you are new to the medium, to learn how the pastels and tools work together.
