It's not really appropriate. It's good to know about the forms 'Pan' and 'Pani.'

In Polish culture, directly addressing a stranger with "you" ("ty") is considered too informal and might come across as disrespectful. Using "Pan" (for men) and "Pani" (for women) is a polite way to show respect, especially when you don't know the person well.
