Making THIS shop door threshold from solid ash pallet wood involves sculpting dual helical tapers for a smooth transition that follows the concrete floor sloped for a trough drain. A unique approach involves making huge tapered wedge that gets refined and defined with a DeWalt DW735 thickness planer... of all things!
