In this tutorial, I'll demonstrate how to use the new Palette Knife brushes I created for Photoshop.

These brushes utilize the Rotation expression which means that the Wacom Art Pen is required. Some of these brushes also create a "paint break" effect like you see when Bob Ross paints mountains.
