Lucy Wiens of Okotoks, Alberta swam to a time of 28.86 seconds to place second in the women's 50m backstroke final (ages 13-18) on the second day of the 2026 Junior Pan Pacific Championships from the UBC Aquatic Centre in Vancouver. Fellow Canadian Helena Tripp (Kingston, Ontario) finished tenth.
