This is a workflow we shared on our YouTube a couple weeks ago from 'VK'! This allows you to use 'paint' on your images with a mask in ComfyUI and then those parts of the images get motion applied to them. This is a great, low vram method to getting cool motion in some still imagery while having total freedom to play!
