Kevin shows the process of painting a latex rubber figure using Maker Pro Paint in this video. Maker Pro Paint offers various benefits, including being water-based, flame-rated, UV-resistant, and VOC-free. They provide a tenacious bond, easy mixing, consistent coverage, and can be applied with a brush, roller, or sprayed. To overcome the paint adherence and cracking challenges, we use the FLEX additive to ensure seamless bonding and flexibility with the latex rubber mask.

In this tutorial, we begin by thoroughly mixing the FLEX additive and Maker Pro Paint, maintaining a one-to-one ratio by volume. After achieving a uniform color, we dispense the paints and additives into separate cups for easy application. With the paints prepared, we demonstrate the step-by-step process of applying a base coat, adding darker shades for contrast, and employing a dry brush technique for depth. The final result showcases the remarkable bonding and flexibility of Maker Pro Paints, providing a beautifully painted latex rubber mask.
