Sharing one of the many steps in building our dream home ourselves.

I lucked out with this one and my amazing mother got this enormous 39.5" x 71" butcher block table for free from Facebook Marketplace. It was an ugly dull brown color so I sanded it all down to bare wood and refinished it with a beautiful stain. I put it on risers so its counter height and perfect for an art table.
