It's spooky season and as such I think it's time for our semi-annual playthrough of Painkiller, one of my favorite horror-themed first-person shooters. We'll be playing via the Steam "Black Edition" version and will be playing on the highest difficulty, Trauma. This changes how the end game plays out and also gives you an alternate ending.
