She's in the business of misery, not mysteries. After a tragic end to her last case, former tween sleuth Paige Darcy refuses to return to the detective world. Her group has long since disbanded with the exception of Charles, her former sidekick turned gay best friend. When a small-time drug dealer and Paige's neighbor's cat both die under mysterious circumstances, Paige and Charles join forces with another former member of the squad to get to the bottom of it (and the criminal underbelly of their Canadian small town).
