While visiting Chicago, I decided to take a crack at one of the city's most infamous food challenges: The Bacon Bomb at Paddy Long's!
This challenge consists of seasoned ground beef, pork, and sausage wrapped in a brown sugar bacon weave totaling 5 lbs. and is served with an additional lb of french fries.
At the time I attempted the challenge, there were 111 attempts and 16 wins. Apologies for the video getting cut off, so I'll spoil the ending... I had to wave the white napkin of defeat!
