St. Patrick's Day does not have a lot of good cocktails associated with it. As the luck of the Irish would have it, there's the Paddy Cocktail. It's a wonderful riff on the standard Manhattan. So raise a glass and get sauced in remembrance of Saint Patrick driving out the snakes.


Paddy Cocktail:
1.5 oz Redbreast Irish Whiskey
1.5 oz Dolin Sweet Vermouth
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
garnish Blackberry
