These are the two toughest unlockables to achieve in Pac-Man World 2. Ms. Pac-Man requires you to get 180 out of the 189 possible tokens. As far as I know, there is no reward for 189 tokens other than the satisfaction of 100% completion. In order to get 180 tokens, you must complete a minimum of 9 time trials. I personally hate time trials (especially the ones like in Super Mario Galaxy) because they force you to speedrun the game without very much forgiveness. Speedruns are fun to watch, but not to do.
The museum costs 150 tokens to unlock and is a slideshow of concept art, deleted scenes from the game, and the development team. Most noteworthy are screenshots of Pac-Man on an inner tube as well as possibly removed enemies/bosses.

The only main differences are that the fruit moves around and the mazes are different. Ghost AI may be different for all I know, but it's impossible for the average joe to tell.
