My children love Asian food and sushi and potstickers in particular. Here I pack a healthy (and DEVOURED) lunch for my preschool aged daughter. This lunch is a kosher meat lunch (chicken potstickers) and could also be made vegetarian (substitute vegetarian potstickers) and packed up in only 10 minutes, including homemade sushi from scratch!
