I want it to have a better audio of higher bit rate so I extract the frames using JPEXS Free Flash Decompiler, save as AVI (super big though, 5051 frames to a 1.71GB AVI), then convert to mp4 using Maruko Toolbox. Got error of 'resolution is not compliant with colorspace i420', so I resized the video to 1280x720 (I need 720p to make it HD anyway).Strange though JPEXS Free Flash Decompiler changed the resolution a bit from 512x384 and 5050 frames to 513x385 and 5051 frames but nvm.FYI, HD video used to have 192 kbps audio while non HD don't. YouTube don't do this anyway and all have 160 kbps.
