p104 Mining Card 4GB to 8GB NVFLASH BIOS Update, Power Draw Test, KawPow Hashrate

The card is Palit p104.
As p104 cards stopped mining ETH not long a go, I had to flash the BIOS to unlock the remaining 4GB of memory for a total of 8GB. I've red a whole lot of reports of increased power draw after BIOS flash so I had to test that too.
Surprisingly, the KawPow hasrate also increased from about 16 Mh to about 17 Mh.
