This one is harder to execute than the Vampire one.
And there is some inconsistency that if the minions die, and then Boss proceeds to reload, the poison will not be transferred to the new minions. The one way to solve this is leaving one minion alive. But we can't be leaving them alive as the Poison only has duration of 2 and if the minions are kept alive for 2 rounds cumulatively, then the Poison will disappear.
If P5 Ramona probably much easier and can hit 100 M.
