My PC Specs:
I3 540 / 3 GHz.
8 GB RAM.
AMD Radeon 5670 1 GB DDR5.
1 TB Sata 3 HDD.
So these are the settings that allow you to play the game without lag or FPS issues.
This game is meant to be played very fast and any issue related to the performance will hugely impact the gameplay.
Set the graphic options as you see in the video and try to see how it works for you.

This deck can beat the new pirate warrior decks.
If you draw some taunts at start and you manage to stabilize the board.
Otherwise, is not that bad even though has problem with jade golem decks as it cant go over their value.")

This is the last battle from Final Fantasy IX, after you defeat Kuja.
Necron is an RNG fight, you might wipe quite a lot.
He has 2 important abilities which can wipe your party,
Grand Cross: this is pure rng, can wipe your party in an instant.
Be sure to have abilities that will resist enrage, blind, doom, death etc. You can see what abilities I have set at the start of the video.
Necrons second big ability is Neutron Ring which does huge AOE dmg. Thats why you need to have at least level 50 on all the characters, so they have enough HP to not die in a single Neutron Ring.
If youre really unlucky, Necron can even cast 2 Neutron Rings in a row and you usually dont stand a chance.
Is just RNG, so keep trying.
Ive used Zidane, Dagger, Vivi and Freya. I just like to run with a healer. Vivi does strong magic damage, even though he isnt doing 9999k dmg. Freya I liked her for the ability to jump which will allow her to avoid the AOE dmg.
Be sure to have auto-regen and auto-potion learned.

Using just a few common cards from WoG and some of the old cards from the old zoo.
Pretty efficient to grind ranks.")

Seems like a fun deck with the addition of the new cards from Mean Streets of Gadgetzhan.
Might not work depending on the meta, but overall fun deck to play at the release of the expansion.

Its a decent deck. I like it more than the classic Mage mech deck.
There are three games, vs tempo mage, control warrior and mid range hunter.
As every mech decks, it depends how lucky you are with your draws.
At start you should mulligan for mech cards and try to gain board control.
Has a lot of burst because of the double combo.
